Delivery charges
We deliver by pallet lorry from Tavistock, Devon, across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and some islands. Order by 12 noon (UK time) and we dispatch your pallet the next working day (Monday to Friday). It then takes 1–2 working days on the pallet network, so usually 2–3 working days from order (some remote areas may take longer).
- Full pallets (50 × 50L bags): delivery is charged per pallet, so 2 pallets cost 2 × the rate below.
- Half pallet (25 × 50L bags): one half pallet per order at the half-pallet rate.
- Tail lift: £10.50 per delivery, included by default so the driver can lower the pallet to the ground. Untick it when you order if you have a forklift or loading bay.
- No VAT charged. The checkout shows the exact delivered price for your postcode before you pay.
- Postcodes not listed (for example the Outer Hebrides HS, Shetland ZE, Orkney KW15–KW17, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) aren't priced online: call 01822 484029 or email paul@gardensoils.co.uk for a quote.
