What we collect

• Your delivery address and postcode
• Messages you send us, including through our contact form

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to reply to your messages. Our lawful bases are performing a contract with you and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, plus any legal obligations such as keeping business records.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe – takes your payment securely. We never see your full card details.
• Cloudflare – hosts this website.
• Our pallet carrier receives your name, delivery address and phone number so they can deliver.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your order, our accounts and any legal requirements, and then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy. Email paul@gardensoils.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
